As a life-long hoops fan, I'm just glad to see the Lakers outta there. Watching Kobe and Derek Fisher cry was the icing on the cake. Shaq should just retire - he's the most boring, monotonous player in the league.

The Shaq "Attack":

1) establish position just outside key

2) get lob pass 9 feet from hoop

3) do hop-jump-step move into key (this alone would have been traveling 15 years ago)

4) pivot, put shoulder or elbow into defender's face (smile, Dikembe!)

5) take another gratuitous step

6) toss up 3-footer and hope it goes in

7) repeat as necessary

...yawn....
