Yes it is. I think it should have been a 9.8 but it got a tiny bump on the back corner in "transit" har har. It even has a piece of paper with the book from Sulipa that says he graded it 9.8. I did too before the little accident. Still, its a beautiful 9.6 with awesome QP and white pages.
