FS: Action 32 fair $50 BIN

Selling for a friend, $50 BIN plus exact postage. The bad: book has detached, split cover, one double page centerfold is loose, one additional single page is loose (between the loose centerfold), about 10 pages have an ~3/4 inch "V" chip out of the bottom, and one page has a the bottom coner area missing (about a 2 inch equalateral triangle). The good: The split cover is actually quite nice with great color. The pages would probably grade White, like the Batman #3 CGC 4.0 WP I have on CL (which was stored with this book). A rare combination of severe flaws with a few outstanding characteristics, might be acandidate for restoration (something I know almost nothing about).
