Stains are pretty minor, but would take it down to 7.0/7.5 I guess.

CGC would probably grade it higher than I would - dust shadows on a white cover are just to noticeable for me. 6.5 - 7.0.

 

I really have to buy a nice copy of this book - it was the first Marvel I ever bought - for 5¢ at a carryout that sold second hand comics ( they bought them 2 for nickel). The psychedelic cover grabbed my eye, and I became an immediate Cap fan, though supremely disappointed that Steranko only did a few issues.

Nice book (always loved Steranko's work during this era). 7.0 IMHO...although it would grade higher if the cover was anything but white
