Free!!! What th?

Alright, Keith, what do I have to do to get some awesome wa. . .

never mind, don't answer that question.

Nice score, Fay!

(grumble grumble grumble)

Thanks for all the kind words guys and that package the books

just kept coming. :acclaim:

It's called Karma Mick.

I did a Keith a small favor once and he needed a HG copy of GIC 71 and

even though I hated to sell my copy, I thought what the heck and what

comes around goes around and of course I would only take exactly what

I paid for my copy.

We DC War collectors have to stick together.

Probably 50/50. The remainder of my DC war collection is early Sgt Rock and G. I. Combat.

Any chance of seeing your G.I. Combat 44 ? GOD BLESS...

Awesome book Keith. :cloud9:

When I first started collecting close to six years ago I was

exclusively buying Marvel SA books and this issue was the first DC

War book I ever purchased about five years ago and it started me

down this path of the greatest genre of books made IMO.

As soon as I seen this issue on-line as a new collector I immediately

fell in love with the book and Russ Heath. :luhv:

It's too bad I paid 90.00 for mine off e-bay as an advertised F/VF or

better and it's only about a VG/F if I'm lucky. :tonofbricks: One of

many terrible purchases off e-bay only armed with a pricing giude

and very naive.

Not sure if I ever posted this one before. This might be the first 10 cent DC war book I ever bought and at the time I bought it, it might have been the oldest book in my collection. Not sure when I bought it, but maybe as long ago as late 80's. Although, more likely early 90s.

The tape pull on the grill of the jeep is sadly my doing. :boo:

I was following Andy's killer war sale thread. With my head spinning in a way that would have made Linda Blair jealous, I was suddenly struck by the fact that the copy of OFF 123 he was selling is the 1st app of The Losers.

uh, isn't the 1st app, GIC 138, which predates OFF 123? ???
