I went w/ X-men. Magneto, Apocalypse, Sinister, Sabretooth, Dark Phoenix, Sentinels, Juggernaut etc makes them win hands down in my opinion. But I'm probably biased.

The Joker is cool if he is written right and is totally insane, but Dr. Doom is always obsessive and brilliant and can take on all four at one time.

Best Villians: Batman by a longshot. So many iconic and instantly recognizable characters.

 

Lamest Villians: Daredevil. Bullseye is a good one. Kingpin is excellent (though originally a Spidey villain that they had to move over to DD to give him someone credible to face off against). But then come the rest: Stilt Man, The Purple Man, The Owl, Leap-Frog, Mister Fear, The Matador, The Gladiator...and, and.....eeeech.

I initially voted for Spider-Man (Doc Ock, VENOM, Green Goblin, Kraven the Hunter) but upon closer inspection, I would have to go with FF.
