Very nice. That top right corner will definetly keep it out of 9.6. Looks like a solid 9.4 to me.

I don't see what could possibly keep it lower than 9.2. I was on the border between 9.4 and 9.2. But no lower than 9.2.

9.2...and I'm assuming the lower right corner is just slightly rolled back. If it is creased or damaged I would grade it lower.
