Headline Comics #1 (Golden Age)

Date:1943

 

Comments: There is tape on the inside of the spine, sealing the spine split. Inaddition, there is small amount of tape on the inside cover to help reinforce the staple.

 

Question:

1. Knowing that there is tape inside the cover to seal a 1 inch spine split and to reinforce the staple, if slabbed or graded will it come back restored?

 

2. Grade ?
