I've decided to sell my undercopies of the Board's favorite bronze book...please add $3 for USPS mail securely sent in a thick cardboard sandwich to the US or Canada, or $4.05 for priority mail. Shipping will be determined for foreign forumites depending on location.

 

I'll be leaving for San Diego on Friday, but will be back on Sunday night if anyone wants back cover scans.
