Looks like an above-average copy that shows minor wear but is still relatively flat and clean with no significant creasing or other serious defects . . .

I would say 5.5 to 6.0. Mainly to due to the staple tear as stated above and some very tiny spine stresses. Is that a crease in the bottom right hand corner? I can't tell for sure, but if that is the case, probably closer to a 5.5...
