Thanks Steve!

 

As a birthday present, my SO and I are heading out to the east end of Long Island (Amagansett) on Sunday for a week of relaxation. Now that the heat wave has almost broken, it should be very pleasant.

 

Of course, I have to get though a long training run, sponsored by New York Road Runners, tomorrow in Central Park. 20 miles with pace groups - in preparation for November's NYC Marathon.

 

The things this boy will do for cake... 27_laughing.gif
