3.5 to 4.0 seems right

At best you'll probaby only break even at slabbing the book.

Enjoy the book, read it multiple times, let others read it too.

The book should have a long reading life still in it. Slabbing????confused-smiley-013.gif

4.0 with out the moisture damage........ 3.5 tops.

 

I agree - too much rippling . . . I'm leaning towards a 3.0 sumo.gif

 

If the rippling is a result of moisture damage and it is pervasive throughout the book, I agree a 3.0. It is very hard to grade two covers without knowing the inside.

Still secure at bottom staple? Around 3.5 seems right. Nice!

 

yup - the BC spine rippling, coupled with the FC spine wear and long creases should bring it down to the 3.5 vicinity........................
