It looks like the same book to me. They both have the "w" in the same place. Someone must have re-submitted and gotten a higher grade.

They've had a 9.6 in their auction a few years back, and there's only one in the census, so I'd have to believe this is it. Of course, the old book was a 9.4, and there are none listed.

No, I'm not disputing that. I don't have the catalogue handy, but I'm wondering if it's identical to the 9.6 that's been in at least a couple of Heritage auctions, going back two years or so. What do you do to upgrade a 9.4 to a 9.6? At 9.4, it wouldn't need anything like pressing. Is it cleaner? Is it just a lucky re-submit? Conspiracy? Pirates?
