I just won the elusive Captain Marvel Thrill book from Dave Anderson

I know the book is a Gerber 8, but who has seen another copy of this book?

 

IMHO the book is exceedingly rare and I felt I did well acquiring it for only $318.00, in spite of the low grade condition

 

Any opinions??

I saw the MH copy a long time ago. They come up from time to time, but not too often.

Like any other rare book, it comes and goes in cycles. I remember 3 or 4 being available at one time about 10 years ago, then nothing since then. I think it's legitimately rare, especially above VG.

I have seen a couple books for sale but they are hard to find and not cheap. Figures Bigloo had it for sale. Congrats. I think you got it at a good price.
