Brian - you are SO right! grin.gif

I'm curious - have you found ASM 81 & 126 the two most painful books in the run to get? Maybe 110 is up there too! Yes, people, I'm talking about... the DREADED GIBBON!!!!!!!!

I just read ASM 126( actually it was MT 103 smirk.gif) the other day for the 1st time since I bought it in 1979.

And ALL THIS TIME I thought ASM 127 was the "-1st mention of Harry Osborn becoming Green Goblin". Now I need a HG copy of ASM 126, and I HATE the KANGAROO 893frustrated.gif

Got a CGC 9.6? grin.gif

OK, I've used this line before, but since we're into deja vu territory... here goes:

Q: Who is the worst villain in the history of comic books?

A: Dr. Fredrick Wertham! acclaim.gif

Taking up this same vein...and according to Chuck...it was:

Ronald Perelman, the single handed ravager of Marvel

I can't believe that Dr. Doom and Lex Luthor didn't make everyone's list. These guys are the ultimate in baddies. I would ordinarily pick Thanos, but since everytime he destroys the universe he's subconsiously responsible for resurrecting it or allowing for his own defeat, I can't really put him on my list.

I would also have the Red Skull, The Joker, Ra's Al Ghul, The Green Goblin (orig.), Ultron, and Darkseid.

The Hand (Miller era)

Dracula (as in Tomb of)

Mandarin (Jim Lee Uncanny era)

Elektra (Miller's UNDILUTED version)

Ultron-7

The Man (GA/GA 76-89) (+ Freedom Fighter Adventure Series #1)

Vandal Savage

Black Adam

The Bottle (Iron Man 128)

The Shade (from newer Starman & ltd series)

if I had to have a couple on the side just in case:

Adolf Hitler

Absorbing Man

Grey Gargoyle

The Parasite

Nightshade

The Cat (from MOKF)

Marvel Marketing 1992/1993
