My quick list would include:

 

1. Galactus (he eats worlds)

2. Thanos (he attempts to court Death)

3. Arcade (pure genius)

4. Terrax (he just looks cool ridin those big boulders)

5. Deathstroke (awesome costume)

6. Sabretooth (who doesn't love to watch him fight wolvie?)

7. Dr. Doom (arrogance alone make him cool)

8. Mystique (only cause she's hot)

9. Venom (c'mon he wanted to eat brains)

10. Dormammu (flaming head was cool)

 

Although I might amend this, as I think of more.

 

Lamest villians, that would be most of Spider-man's villians. With the exception of the big villians, he has fought a lot of really lame villians.

 

I can't believe beyonder said the u-foes.

I only thought Deathstroke was cool cause of his costume. I not doubting that the Hulk had problems with the U-foes, would they fare as well against other heroes?

Or what about those Razor fist dudes in MOKF?

 

Can I get an amen to the Iron Fist run (1-15) ? Byrne made even the awful villains of the FF cool too..(Diablo,etc)

 

Or how about when the Hulk fought the Sentinel with Angel and Ice Man in Hulk Annual 7? I bet that would be HTF in HG. I read and reread mine! And the same day I bought an Avengers #100 NM that I stook off my friend's pile of back issues he was going to buy. HEY! I paid for it, I just didn't let him buy it!! It was $4.00 (expensive!!)

 

That reminds me that the X-Men and later Uncanny X-Men villains were dookie, but the artists made them look so coooool. All the artists, ever single one.

I loved the idea of the Taskmaster, but he always got his a** handed to him. No matter who he fought or what plan he had, he got beat down.

 

I always like the Super-Skrull, although he always managed to get beat down too.

Brother Blood was an excellent candidate.......

 

Brother Blood doesn't do it for me, however, I loved BARON Blood, especially the Cap story by John Byrne!
