Oh man is this easy. The Tec may be high grade but fine 6.0 unrestored is sky high grade for the Rare in any condition famous funnies # 1.[ 1934] . Thats way older than any golden age book too ! And then you throw in that it is the 1st MODERN comicbook to be sold on a news stand.!! Famous Funnies # 1 is the choice by a Secretariat 31 lengths .
