TORONTO COMIC BOOK FAN SUPER SHOW - Sunday, November 19, 2006

78 posts in this topic

Please note:

Because the Santa Claus Parade is taking place along University Avenue on Sunday afternoon from 12:30-2:30, we ask you to please adjust your transit plans accordingly. University Avenue will be blocked off to cars, so if you are driving in from the east:

From the south - go west along Lakeshore to Spadina Avenue and head north to King Street

From the north - take Spadina Road (starting from Dupont) and head south to King Street.

The hotel is located at the corner of King and John, one block east of Spadina on King.

Parking may be difficult to find, so we are encouraging people to take the subway in. We will be handing out flyers to the Santa Clause Parade crowds so we hope to see a few more late afternoon attendees than usual.

I hope so! And if you can find it, you should keep an eye out for the magazine size supplement to that book - The Lost Frankenstein pages, which has additional artwork that Bernie didn't use in the finished book. Definitely a milestone book in Wrightson's career!
