True...but all eBay is going to do is have him end the auction anyway...and that's IF they get around to it before the auction ends. If you first threaten him with action, he'll probably just take it down...and hopefully reconsider such actions in the future. You could mention something along the lines of, "this one's free...but next time, I go to the proper authorities to report you for international mail fraud"...something along those lines.

 

I've just had one too many experiences where eBay doesn't act quickly or decisively enough to change anything.

I'd email an potential bidders/thrill seekers that you have the real page,not some photocopy that they will receive.Also emailing the seller is a good idea as well.
