Batman Big Little Book

7 posts in this topic

Never knew what a big little book was (even though I have seen the reference on ebay many times) until my wife picked one up at a garage sale on Saturday. The title is "Batman - The Cheetah Caper" and it was published by Whitman in 1969. Are these things regarded as a form of comic ? Were there a lot of superhero titles? Do they have any value? confused.gif

There are a number of Big Little Books that are Superhero related. There are several Green Hornet books from 1940's. The Phantom also has several books from the 40's as well. You should check out Hakes' Price Guide To Character Toys as a number of them are listed in the book. Values depend on condition, age, rarity, and the character in the books. You could also check eBay to see examples of the Big Little Books that are selling there.
