Would you really go as high as a 9.2 with that upper staple? It has a nice spine otherwise, but my eyes went right to that staple. I am in the 8.5 range on the 111.

Actually, the ULFC concerned me more...and upon further review, you're right...8.5 - 9.0 looks more likely...

I think your grades are pretty fair. Maybe a little low on the ASM #111. My guess would be VF 8.0. Why did you drop it as low as VF- 7.5? NM- 9.2 on the ASM #195.

I think your grades are right on . I'm assuming that is a bend at the ULFC of the 111.

Looking at the scan of the 111 I now believe I must have been drinking (the sad part is I don't drink but I no other ready made excuses) when I originally assigned the grade. I usually don't like books with black covers as I downgrade them too severly for any spine stress.

 

Anway, I'm asking for a grade as I hopefully will offer a number of books to the board (mainly g-f) and thought I would check on a couple that were a bit higher grade.
