I think it means that they took a piece of interior art and made that the new cover.

 

There was nothing in that issue that was cover quality.

 

I think that it means there will be revised interior art covering up the nudity.

 

The second print cover will be the panel from one of the last pages where Grumpy Parker puts on the Spidey mask.
