ouch you got me there big D! I was thinking specifically in the 1.5 to 3.0 range for this effort, I am going to bind them into hardcover... so all the Heritage 6.5's and all that do not appeal to me, the shipping is worth more than the book!

If you're looking to bind into hardcover, i guess Essential X-men (I have #1 and #2, which cover the requested issues exactly, plus more) wouldn't cut it, eh?

are they in color and do they have the covers between each issue? I was going to do classic x-men but didn't like the added stuff, I wanted to do a pure byrne thing plus the paper smell you know?

 

I am interested in hearing more about the essential though...
