Here's one of my favorite ECs. Looks beautiful from the front, sharp with unbroken gloss, but slight yellowing on FC edges and slight tanning on the back cover near the spine (scan exaggerates it a bit). Back cover has an extremely light NCB crease in upper left corner, about 1.5" long. That's about it. Thanks all!

I'll agree that CGC would probably give this one a 7.5, but I'd drop it to a

7.0 due to the tanning...I hate tanning...so the 7.0 is just my personal grade.

I would say a 7.5 personally based on the scans, tanning and the mention of the crease. However, I have seen slabbed books with light bends/creases of similar size come back as 9.2 or 9.4 so if it is not that bad it could be a CGC 8.0 or better.
