Since I don't have the book in hand, assume there's not. What's your grade assessment?

I would say it's a 4.5 to 5.0. It presents very well considering all of the defects. that may be a different story in person.

You couldn't be more right..! This book looks great in hand and presents itself well, but, then again, it's mine, so I had to say that....

Great solid copy, no major defects, but a little too many minor defects and spine wear/creasing to get a 5.0.
