Thanks WBC, errr ... Steve! (thumbs u

That is a beautiful book. It looks so much nicer than many copies (mine included) that have the back to front miswrap. That registration is not perfect, but it looks fabulous!

Hi everyone.

I just joined the Registry. I've been collected comics for 28 years and now have well over 16,000. But my favorite has always been X-Men.

I just started collecting CGC comics and have sent a bunch to CGC for grading.

I look foward to chatting with everyone.

Welcome to the boards Grayson.

I started out just like you are. At one time I owned over 10,000 comics. About 15 or 20 years ago I sold the collection down to only 4 keeper boxes. I have been working on my X-men 94-143 collection for quite some time now.

I started out as well sending in my own books a few at a time.

Back when I first started I was #66 in the rankings and I have now climbed to #16 and made a lot of friends here on the boards.

You should have a great time here and I look forward to watching you jump up from #77 to the top of the boards.

Leon.

125 & 130 sold to mudbogger2

Early congrats again Mr. mudbogger2.

I saw those when the seller first posted them and would have nabbed them if I did not already have them. Nice pick up, both in 9.6 :applause:

I did managed to get the annual #3 in 9.6.

It should be on its way as of yesterday.

I just noticed you are only buying 9.6's.

Do you plan on any books being lower grade at all? #94, Giant Size #1?

Thanks.

I can't say if I will be able to get #94 or G.S. #1 in 9.6. It is my personal goal but it will probably take me a loooooong time to get those 2 in that grade. May end up with just a very nice 9.2-9.4 in those. Unless I hit the lottery of course. :insane:

Just picked up a nice 137 in 9.6. No scan available yet.

Now I have issues 130 to 143 with no holes.

And to top everything off, when my Annual #3 makes it in I will have broken the 10,000 point barrier on my set.
