Some of you guys may find this interesting (especially Rich at BOC)....I joined some comic groups on eBay and I received this:

 

"You are hereby invited to join eBay’s free MAKING THE GRADE comic book club.

 

This club is for seasoned comic book graders, new & advanced comic book collectors, and eBay comic book sellers. We will be reviewing and analyzing the grading methods used by CGC, PGX, ACE and those who sell “raw” comics on eBay.

 

Buyers will be provided with updated information on comic book-related fraud, grading “tricks” that increase the value of comic books (at the buyers expense), methods of detecting restoration, and step-by-step methods of grading the comic books in your own collection.
