Book does look pretty sharp. Actually does the top right edge looked trimmed? Doesn't appear to be a miswrap as the spine is fairly even?

It does look like a crease but its probably the scan.

Probably a couple years back. I picked up my Web of Spider-Man #1 for close to that as well (I think like $68) around the same time.

 

Now, If I had only picked up Spider-Man #252 and #300 back then, when they were going for a fraction of the prices they're seeing now...
