I can't imagine that book getting a grade higher than 5.0, structurally pretty nice, but almost looks on the brittle side, and page quality does matter.

 

still a great book to have and a decent copy.

It's a great looking book. I don't think it jumps out of 5.0, though. There's more than just simple tanning going on on that back cover.

 

I do think it's a solid 5.0 that displays far better than technical grade. I'd love to own that book!

i have a CGC 6.0 FF #4 with the same amount of tanning- i think this book scores at least a 5.5- no way would it score a 4.5 -every 4.5 i get from CGC is a mess-this book is still nice!
