Confusion over Ebay's Bidder1, Bidder2 - sometimes it's there, sometimes not..?

So I was casually bidding on some auctions by the same seller. Same category (golden age, natch ).

 

So riddle me this Batman - why does THIS AUCTION display the full names of all the bidder when This other auction does not? I bid on both books - on one I can see all the bidders, on the othe only "Bidder1, Bidder2" etc.

 

Thoughts?

has to go OVER $200 for the ID's to be "shield"ed

I believe when the auctions go over $200 is when the bidders ID is blocked

I think I'm going to look into having my name legally changed to Bidder 1, then sue Ebay for using my name in all their auctions.
