Not mentioned in the Kennedy guide (I don't know about the Fogel) is that the 1st print has one interior page different from the Print Mint versions - I'll have to pull my copies out to double check, but if memory serves an Oat Willie one-pager was swapped for a Philbert Desenex dream page.

 

Also the color design on the back cover was changed.
