Store stamp on first page.

Looks like someone tried to erase some light pencil matks in the middle of the fc

yeah, that's great to see that kind of $$$ changing hands - fee free - on the boards.

 

Just curious - How substantal would the fees be on those purchases?

 

Not sure, but the risk involved in making a purchase from a fellow forum member is about nil compared to buying something raw of the Bay (where it's all "Naer Ment").

 

If I plan on dropping over 1K on some raw GA, I look here first then here again later it's not there the first time. I'll buy off the 'Bay, but (with a few exceptions) I will bid a full grade or lower accordingly.

 

The only times I've ever had something go wrong with a buy off here was when I screwed it up somehow by not paying attention.

X-Men #118 "Whitman Variant"

The only X-men issue with this fat diamond price variation. Pretty hard to find in higher grades. I was sitting on this just in case, but here ir is.

Last one tonight. Might as well make it a cool one to look at.

 

Small chip on spine at upper staple that you can't see in the scan. Pages are cream to tan but not brittle at all. Flat beautifull book with great presentation.
