25K-Run
Last week there was a very nice unrestored Tec 31 Metro was accepting bids on. They must have received a great bid. It's gone!
Silver Surfer
Last week there was a very nice unrestored Tec 31 Metro was accepting bids on. They must have received a great bid. It's gone! Bet you it was already sold and they were just guaging interest for future reference, and alittle PR doesn't hurt. Wonder who bought it.

1koko
Don't believe it was sold last week. I was asked whether interested in bidding but I recently made 2 big purchases which meant I couldn't put in a crazy bid.

G.A.tor
Another issue that required searching. I needed a cover in nice shape so I can frame it on my office wall. As many of you likely know, Charles Moulton (a/k/a William Marston), the creator of WW, was also the "father" of the modern day lie detector device. I've spent several years challenging the federal government's pre-employment polygraph program because it is based on as much fiction as our darling WW. Interestingly, other than the cover and the introduction to one of the stories featuring a similar image, there is no mention of the lie detector device in the entire book! I was so happy to see mark post this, as it is one of my favorite WW issues!...also, one of the toughest issues of the GA run to find! gator
