SteveLRoberts5
Beautiful copy, Mike. I love the yellows. Great Page Quality, too! Yeah, I'm feeling much better. I'll be scanning more books in the very near future. Check out the Show us the 10-centers thread in the Silver Age Forum. I've posted two books there that you'll like I'm sure. Scrooge
to Sal for remembering I cursed him out for throwing the before me when Flatrock listed this in the Marketplace months ago. Still mad at Mike for that one On Monday, I get a PM: Do you want the book? and here it is on Thursday Thanks (thumbs u
rjpb
While I really covet the brick s--thouse cover on issue #4 - this is a pretty cool GGA humor cover. This was listed just as "high grade" on ebay and seller accepted a very reasonable best offer - I was amazed at how nice it looks. There are four minor spine tics and some yellowing on the back cover. I can't see grading this book any less than 9.0. My dilemma now is do I keep it or slab and sell? SteveLRoberts5
Here's the first Luthor cover in Action Comics. Purchased this VG/VG+ copy from Harley Yee. The back cover has a large crease in it, but is still in nice presentable shape for a major key. Good storytelling, too!

I can't keep up with the Mad imitators, so how is that Eh! in terms of the comedy? I agree about issue #4, that is the one I'd love to get a copy of. Another Mad-ish comic I like is Nuts, with my favorite issue also being #4.

I so enjoy looking at your book when you post then. SLR

SteveLRoberts5
This is a 1954 book so it's not really Silver Age so I'll post the book here. From my experience, it's a difficult one to find. Detective Comics #209 has a very similar cover; when I dig it out I'll post it as well.
