Ok dammit...I guess you want the high grade stuff. Let's start with this one. I just bought a CGC 9.6 so this one is going up for sale. It might get the 9.6 also as it is that nice. Bought from SuperWorld and it is pretty. Top right corner is not dented as the scan makes it look. I have 9.6's that are this nice.

House of Mystery 208. Gorgeous gloss and a clean spine with not stresses that break color. Bottom right corner has a small crease and top edge exibits a little wear while overspray along the top edge has discolored it a little. A beautiful copy otherwise. 15.00
