That was good! It puts me in mind of Anyanka, the vengeance demon on Buffy who had a tendency to speak English in a very literal way. I could see her saying "after my excisional arthoplasty left 1st cmc joing (base of left thumb) with ligament reconstruction and tendon transposition". We are amused.

 

Oh yeah - the joke is true. I have not played this instrument before. Bit of a different approach than sitar. Older musical form as well, upon which the curreny\t classical North Indian music is built. thumbsup2.gif
