PGM Amazing Spider-Man 121

Fresh into my hands and long box is a copy of ASM 121. How would you grade it?

 

 

You'll note (might be a little hard to see due to the scan) the newsrack (printing?) indentations/cuts on the bottom. These do carry through from front cover to the back cover. The coloring of the picture of the inside is indicative of the inside as a whole w/o variation. There is also some slight discoloring (not water) on the upper right back cover along the spine. That's about all I can see wrong here. Thanks so much for your feedback!

Okay, I tweaked the pics a little- photobucket was having some issues though with making the files any larger. Hope this helps!
