Comic Book Price Guide.com- Your Thoughts?

In cataloging the prices of my comics, I use both Overstreet for a more conservative pricing and ComicBookPriceGuide.com for a price reflective of changing market value. My question for those of you vet collectors is whether you find the prices on CPG.com to be relatively accurate and reliable, or more inflated and off-the-mark?
