Wow, that's what Action # 2 looks like? I didn't know Superman wasn't a staple of these early covers. That IS a piece of history (cool cover too, by the way).

Metro has a slabbed 6.5 for 22K with a make offer option, so 6500 for a 2.0/2.5 copy is maybe a tad high (obviously or it would have sold by now), but not too far off I imagine. Not that common a book as far as I can tell - and it definitely goes for over guide. My favorite Action cover with or without Superman (though 48 is a pretty close second).

 

My guess is one of these days someone is going to make a deal to snap it up and when it's no longer an ebay regular some other people are going to be asking themselves why they didn't.

After reading that, I won't be buying that book from him unless I can can pick it up personally. But Florida's too far away....
