I didn't buy anything (not enough war books), but I wanted to say that was an AWESOME thread - just a fantastic variety of great books at excellent prices. It's inspiring me to put together a war sales thread for later in the spring.

 

Man, I wish there were sales like these every weekend. Fantastic.

Thanks Shep!!! It's a lot of work.. but a lot of fun.. I know as a buyer what I'd love to see and I tried to incorporate that with low low prices and fun give-a-ways..and everyone was awesome.. no arguing banter or jerking around ...It was a good time and I'm glad I could give some great books a nice home to be reappreciated by new owners.. I enjoyed them and now it's time to move along.

Well i doesn't look Like I can afford the lot I just blew my wad on this instead. I didn't think I would actually win it. Pretty cheap for an Adams Piece I think the holiday weekend and the fact he had it in the wrong category helped. Comes professionally framed as well. It'll made a nice flip.

Well when you consider the other GA piece on ebay is $900 and a Deadman / spectre comission is staring at $5,000. and there is a Batman peice going for $1,200 the same size. I think it should have realized $500-700.00 maybe a little more.
