PGM - Werewolf by Night #32 - 1st Moon Knight

I picked this up in a collection and wanted to get your opinions. The defects are all within the scan as the cover is flat and glossy, but the spine side has lots of little defects...spine dings...

back cover: glossy, the scan doesn't do the BC justice as it shows through to the back cover ad...sigh:

Fine + front looks a lot nicer than the back.
