Witching Hour #36 from an unopened 3-pack...good enough to send in?

Just got this out of one of those unopened DC 3-packs...the books looked SO sweet I just had to open it up and check them out. I can't even describe the amazing gloss and page quality on this book but was wondering about the technical grade...what do you think?

I think there's 2 spine stress...still looks good enough for a 9.4 imo. I saw those 3-packs being sold on eBay and talked around and found that those were definitely over graded so I stayed away.
