The dirt along the BC at the spine could probably be wiped off pretty easily, and I'm guessing the tanning halo on the BC looks worse in the scan than in hand. While the FC has defects, none are remotely major. To my eyes this is one of those books that is nicer than a straight up VG, but falls short of FN.
