Hmm... that's worrisome. I made an offer on the 112 and the signature was in the same location, and I'm positive I saw the same person selling a 40 as well.

 

I'll dig around and see if I can't find who that was, and if it was just a coincidence.

FWIW the #112 is still available (and I'd accept an offer) but the #40 is now sold.
