  1. My plan will be this, but tomorrow ( late here on East Coast and Mrs watcher wants me to sleep. Lol) . So tomorrow I will read Kamandi #1 ,Demon # 1 and Mister Miracle # 1. I will give some reviews on them in a few days. Long Live The King of Comics! Jack "King"Kirby!
  2. I guess we get Paul for one more episode. I never realized how much Paul gave Magic grief.
  3. He stopped drinking, but the damage was done. Drinking alcohol and smoking cigarettes a long time caught up with his health. He died during open heart surgery at 55. Back then open-heart surgery was a new surgery in 1973. Yeah, I agree his last Sub-Mariner work was some of his best.
  4. It would have been fascinating to see Bill Everett the co-creator of Daredevil have more than one issue and have a long run like Ditko and Kirby had on Spider-Man and FF. I really enjoyed Daredevil #1 for the origin. Here is a picture of Bill Everett in his prime. He was in the creations of both Sub-Mariner and Daredevil. Good resume.
  5. If you are a fan of the Magic and Larry Bird rivalry tonight`s episode may be the best of this series. This show might be the remedy for those who have grown bored with the Marvel Disney Plus shows. Outstanding.
  6. I wonder who designed the artwork for Spider`s Web letter page? It looks cool.
  7. He will be missed. Great knowledge he gave to the comic book community. My condolences to his family and loved ones.
  8. Going back to Avengers 4. The reaction of Steve Roger`s face when he thinks he sees Bucky. That to me is cinematic magic by Kirby! Still effective almost 60 years later.
  9. Exactly, @Bosco685 has been a pro favorite of the Barbie movie. He is always posting good news about Barbie being a gigantic hit at the box office. I don`t see any negative in that.
  10. @kimik Our show is back. Season 2. This and The Last of Us are so much better than the latest Marvel Disney Plus shows.
  11. Became more popular but it was Ditko that created all those great villains. Compare the first 38 issues to the next 38 issues of Amazing Spider-Man. By the time Spider-Man hit into the issues 70s to 100. It became a boring run without Ditko. It came back after Stan stopped writing it and a young Gerry Conway gave it new life. Steve Ditko gave us this. Created every one of them. plus him and him.
  12. One thing I noticed is the low grade silver age keys are getting hit hard like CGC 1. 0 to CGC 2.0 range. People just trying to get some money for them on eBay. I guess they were right to always try to buy one high grade key then a bunch of low grade keys. Quality over quantity as they say seems to be good advice they gave.
  13. I 100 percent agree and endorse this message. Ha ha. I always loved her acting when she played Harley Quinn.
  14. The guy playing Ken will be nominated for a Oscar. This movie is that good. There is a reason why it will clear 1 billion box office unlike the Flash.
  15. I had long conversations with Steve Gerber on AOl.Great conversations with him. The man was in a hospital dying and he still responded to me. Love Steve Gerber. He was Alan Moore before Alan Moore.
  16. Back in the 1990s as a young dude. Met Steven Hughes twice . Nicest man ever. Linsner wasn't my cup of tea. Ego. Met him. He had long hair thought he was a rock star. Glad age made him realize. It seemed we were buying his Dawn books and he wasn't greatful, nah sorry give me Steven Hughes of Death Lady who loved his fans. To Linsner if you reading this Dawn wasn't all that great for bad girls comics. Give me Rob Liefeld Avengelyne and William Tucci SHI over your stuff. Respect your fans like @Dr. Balls.
  17. Very interesting. Personally, I never thought Joe Linsner was the king of the Bad Girl art Craze,as to me it was the late great Steven Hughes of Lady Death.
  18. That`s been one of the biggest problems with Marvel. Their CGI is just so bad now. I remember at one time Marvel movies had state-of-the-art CGI. Now mediocre at best.
