I wonder if Wally Wood's estate ever got paid later for designing the iconic red Daredevil costume? It's night and day better than the yellow costume. I think Stan really pulled a fast one on Wally Wood not only getting Wally Wood to plot the stories, but getting the iconic red Daredevil iconic costume for pennies on the dollar. Daredevil in the red costume has made Marvel multi- millions.

Movies as well. Compare the early 1960's movies to mid- 1960's movies like Rosemary's Baby, Planet of the Apes(1968) and 2001: A Space Odyssey.

Can't wait for this. The only reason why I still subscribe to Disney Plus.

I wonder how HBO Max and Disney Plus will compete with Pluto TV, Freevee, and Tubi going forward? All of them are free streaming services and at any time can watch some good stuff like Star Trek:Next Generation, Mission Impossible ,Perry Mason, Classic Doctor Who, The Joy of Painting, Johnny Carson, Columbo,X-Files, Twilight Zone,Three Stooges, Dark Shadows , Godzilla and thousands of other options of movies and shows to watch. . I don't see how Disney Plus and HBO Max will be able to compete when the word is out about how easy accessible Pluto TV , Freevee and Tubi are. Can't beat free.

Just about every collectible market has dropped since 2021. Rolex watches, vintage guitars, sports cards, Star Wars action figures, video games, Lego, and comic books. I honestly can't think of one that hasn't. Good time to be a buyer.

My favorite comic book channel on YouTube chimes in on the subject of what is wrong with the modern big 2 Marvel and DC.

Netflix viewers are used to their B Minus- shows suddenly vanishing but #WinningTime had an insane cast, kinetic direction, and the most stylish editing in the game. I don't even like sports and I LOVED this show.

I wonder if there will be any AI grading of collectibles? I could see sports cards and coins because they have to just scan just 2 sides, but for comic books, it might be a challenge to open up the comic and look at every page, plus count pages.

I expect this movie does big box office like Barbie. Lady Ga Ga is a awesome performer. This will be a huge hit. Joker is considered cool ip. It would take extraordinary circumstances for this movie to flop. We shall see. Lol.

I am taking up some online courses in learning this stuff, so far it's been fascinating. Teaching me about writing books, music and comics. Imagine if a great writer like Alan Moore or Stephen King uses AI to draw their own comic books? Crazy.

Definitely agree with you about the Joker. Was looking at some box office numbers and the last Joker movie beat the last Batman movie at the box office. Wow! Times have changed.

2025. I am into the scene. One of my shows I connected to which is great will be canceled. A lot of these Marvel Disney plus shows which I am not involved with won't make it to the finish line. I don't know if anyone noticed this but in the year 2024 DC only has one movie on schedule Joker 2.

My plan will be this, but tomorrow ( late here on East Coast and Mrs watcher wants me to sleep. Lol) . So tomorrow I will read Kamandi #1 ,Demon # 1 and Mister Miracle # 1. I will give some reviews on them in a few days. Long Live The King of Comics! Jack "King"Kirby!

I guess we get Paul for one more episode. I never realized how much Paul gave Magic grief.

He stopped drinking, but the damage was done. Drinking alcohol and smoking cigarettes a long time caught up with his health. He died during open heart surgery at 55. Back then open-heart surgery was a new surgery in 1973. Yeah, I agree his last Sub-Mariner work was some of his best.

It would have been fascinating to see Bill Everett the co-creator of Daredevil have more than one issue and have a long run like Ditko and Kirby had on Spider-Man and FF. I really enjoyed Daredevil #1 for the origin. Here is a picture of Bill Everett in his prime. He was in the creations of both Sub-Mariner and Daredevil. Good resume.

If you are a fan of the Magic and Larry Bird rivalry tonight`s episode may be the best of this series. This show might be the remedy for those who have grown bored with the Marvel Disney Plus shows. Outstanding.
