  1. Going back to Avengers 4. The reaction of Steve Roger`s face when he thinks he sees Bucky. That to me is cinematic magic by Kirby! Still effective almost 60 years later.
  2. Exactly, @Bosco685 has been a pro favorite of the Barbie movie. He is always posting good news about Barbie being a gigantic hit at the box office. I don`t see any negative in that.
  3. @kimik Our show is back. Season 2. This and The Last of Us are so much better than the latest Marvel Disney Plus shows.
  4. Became more popular but it was Ditko that created all those great villains. Compare the first 38 issues to the next 38 issues of Amazing Spider-Man. By the time Spider-Man hit into the issues 70s to 100. It became a boring run without Ditko. It came back after Stan stopped writing it and a young Gerry Conway gave it new life. Steve Ditko gave us this. Created every one of them. plus him and him.
  5. One thing I noticed is the low grade silver age keys are getting hit hard like CGC 1. 0 to CGC 2.0 range. People just trying to get some money for them on eBay. I guess they were right to always try to buy one high grade key then a bunch of low grade keys. Quality over quantity as they say seems to be good advice they gave.
  6. I 100 percent agree and endorse this message. Ha ha. I always loved her acting when she played Harley Quinn.
  7. The guy playing Ken will be nominated for a Oscar. This movie is that good. There is a reason why it will clear 1 billion box office unlike the Flash.
  8. I had long conversations with Steve Gerber on AOl.Great conversations with him. The man was in a hospital dying and he still responded to me. Love Steve Gerber. He was Alan Moore before Alan Moore.
  9. Back in the 1990s as a young dude. Met Steven Hughes twice . Nicest man ever. Linsner wasn't my cup of tea. Ego. Met him. He had long hair thought he was a rock star. Glad age made him realize. It seemed we were buying his Dawn books and he wasn't greatful, nah sorry give me Steven Hughes of Death Lady who loved his fans. To Linsner if you reading this Dawn wasn't all that great for bad girls comics. Give me Rob Liefeld Avengelyne and William Tucci SHI over your stuff. Respect your fans like @Dr. Balls.
  10. Very interesting. Personally, I never thought Joe Linsner was the king of the Bad Girl art Craze,as to me it was the late great Steven Hughes of Lady Death.
  11. That`s been one of the biggest problems with Marvel. Their CGI is just so bad now. I remember at one time Marvel movies had state-of-the-art CGI. Now mediocre at best.
  12. My vibe was she was introverted and shy for the camera, while he seems extroverted and liked the camera that`s why the shades. I guess we'll never know, but kudos to @Prince Namor for starting one of the most interesting threads I ever read.
  13. @Prince Namor Here are some pictures of Martin Goodman from the article you shared with us. Martin Goodman doesn`t seem to be the boogie man Stan Lee alluded .
  14. I find it amazing that between 1961 to 1990 no one in comics fandom interviewed Martin Goodman the publisher of Marvel Comics. It would have been so interesting to hear his thoughts on what Kirby, Ditko, and Lee were doing in the 1960s. I would have thought Gary Groth of the Comics Journal or someone of that ilk would have sought out Martin Goodman for an interview back then. Very mysterious why there is not much information on Martin Goodman.
  15. I saw this last night with the girlfriend, daughter, sister and niece. I was pleasantly surprised how good this was. It was a fun movie. Another thing that I wasn't expecting was it was a social event. I went to this movie theatre called Chunky's Cinema Pub where you sit at tables and order food and a beer or two. A lot of women showed up cosplaying Barbie, even a couple of dudes wore pink shirts which I thought was cool. People were laughing and having a good time. 👍 to this movie. Now tonight I will see part 2 of Barbenheimemer when I go with my best buddy to see Oppenheimer. I expect that to be good too.
  16. One of the scariest books I ever read was Bram Stoker's Dracula. I try to reread it every 5 years. It aged well.
