  1. This box has some Rosa ducks but a bunch of other things too. I liked the Family Album series.
  2. More Ducks, i.e., the rest of "Duck Box 1". I have one more box of Ducks and some more Christmas Parades and other giants. My attitude was Buy um if you see um. They are always fun.
  3. Some more from the "M box". I like all of the Mad comics and some of the Motion Picture comics were pretty good. Ms. Victory looks like R. Crumb did the art but it is a Quinlan special. Marge's Lulu fits in there too. And I like those Lulu stories.
  4. Here is a scan of the cover which I posted on BZ's thread over a year ago.
  5. That's really cool. Are they expensive, or aren't there many Barks colelctors after them? I think the July issue may be a little hard to find and more costly but the rest are less than $100 a piece when I purchased them.
  6. Spicy Detective and Weird Tales are especially rare and collectible but men's magazines (from the fifties and sixties) are not in general interesting unless they have Baker art or Saunders covers. I also like them for articles on Marilyn Monroe and Elvis.
  7. Spacehawk might have failed as a WWII adventure strip but it was a spectacular attempt.
  8. Dave Robie is the Big Little Book master. I was told he was a second generation collector as well. He has a lot of nice comics, BLBs and toys. He sold me several books and Geppi a lot more but he still has a lot of them in mint condition.
  9. I tried to buy that Mighty Mouse for $20 but didn't get a nibble. I wonder if you bought from the same guy that sold me some of my Detective comics.
  10. Likey! That's a favorite of mine too. By the way, watch out for a set of ROA,, Cap Midnight, Tom Mix badges and rings. They seem to be missing since my last move.
  11. Very nice pulps. I found a few out west too.
  12. I found a small group of Calgary EyeOpeners at a flea market and purchased a couple more on ebay. Barks only has a few cartoons in the early issues but probably did a lot of unsigned work in the later ones.
  13. Found another box. Still missing the Fast Actions.
  14. Is that Irish as Sheena? I think I have a poster somewhere that features her. I got these posters off ebay. One of them was signed by John Hart who played the Lone Ranger, Hawkeye and Captain Africa. The other poster is Irish McCall as Sheena who looks a lot like your statur and not much like the Powell version.
  15. And some of the BLB issues. I have another box but I think most of the good ones are in this box except for the Fast Actions.
  16. Plenty of sweet books in there BF (thumbs u Not sure what you mean but nice books. Here are the rest of the Planets that I could find plus some Winston scifi. A lot of incomplete issues in that pile.
  17. Is that Irish as Sheena? I think I have a poster somewhere that features her.
  18. I think I have a few more WW issues somewhere, maybe they are Sensations, but these are mostly complete but not all.

  20. And Dad kept his westerns under the bed so I wouldn't find them.
  21. I usually kept those under the bed so Mom wouldn't find them.
