  1. Connie was reprinted in Famous Funnies and Everett did the cover. He also did a cover for Dickie Dare.l
  2. Foster's Sunday Tarzan was followed by his Prince Valiant. I don't think I have had a chance to post these here yet. First Prince Valiant from Ace 26 is on the left.
  3. This one took me a very long time to finally land. Pleased as punch to have it in my D Tracy collection though Nice one Bill. I had a chance to buy a beat up copy. I let it go but didn't realize it was the first big little book and a nice Tracy collectible.
  4. I added a couple of Atlas to the pile. One in here...
  5. Those books seem to be tough to get. I 've bid on them many times and won very few. I like your display. Reminds me of my Superman group photo.
  6. I don't think comic book collecting will dwindle very soon. The golden age collectors are being replaced by silver age collectors and bronze age collectors. I think some equilibrium will occur which will establish similar prices for gold and silver. Gold coming down and silver going up should be the future. However, really rare books with fresh paper may still top the market.
  7. I like the Big Big Books too. Do you have a complete set? So far I have zero Mickey Mouse BB Books.
  8. I posted this back cover by Alex Raymond from the Witch Queen a couple years ago.
  9. There are actually cats on a couple of these issues of Black Cat.
  10. It looks like the shirt that he wore in "Branded".
  11. Pep 29 has a Schomburg cover and it went for a high price. Don't know about Pep 38. They all went for a lot of money but I thought it was due to crazy Archie fans. The two on the right are coverless.
  12. A lot of the golden age Batman stories compare very well with the current comics. In fact, the bronze age artists imitated classic golden age covers. Jerry Robinson was a much better artist than most of the current artists in my opinion. By the way these are all just copies of the originals.

  14. OK, I did it for you. Hope you don't mind.
  15. and of course he did Tarzan before he worked on Prince Valiant.
  16. A couple of new covers added to my more complete copies.
  17. those are awesome. what do you mean by "new cover"? Is it a reproduction cover? That is a reproduction cover purchased on ebay from comixs04 and it covers my 3/4 cover copy of Daredevil 1.
  18. I added a lot of new WDCS issues to my old copy of WDCS 31 and a couple more new ones with a few duplicates. Paper was in great shape but edges were a little ragged.
