  1. CGC Cards™ is excited to announce that it is now easier than ever to list and sell your CGC-certified TCGs, sports cards and non-sports cards thanks to its partnership with Mascot Technologies, LLC (Mascot). Sellers can now utilize Mascot's newest option to list their CGC-certified cards on up to six secondary market channels at once, using one convenient online tool. The program will now provide a seamless experience for collectors to sell their inventory, while enhancing their secondary market liquidity options through Mascot.

To take advantage of the new multi-sales channel option for CGC-certified cards, CGC members are given the option to create or connect to their Mascot account during the checkout process of the CGC online submission form. Once the CGC certification process is complete, your graded collectible information will be imported directly to your Mascot account. Sellers will then have the option to list collectibles on up to six secondary market channels through Mascot's new online tool. To make selling even more convenient, once a collectible sells on one channel, Mascot instantly and automatically delists the item from all other channels.

"Through this partnership, collectors can add items straight from CGC’s grading room to Mascot, and list them for resale on multiple reputable marketplaces with ease, speed and convenience — all through Mascot," said Ezra Levine, CEO of Mascot. "This will create one of the easiest ‘grade, manage, sell’ journeys in the industry."

CGC Cards is a Mascot Preferred Grading Partner, which allows collectors to easily submit their cards for CGC's expert authentication and grading services while also utilizing Mascot's innovative selling platform. The new online tool enables the listing of items for sale on multiple secondary marketplaces simultaneously, including eBay, MySlabs, Shopify and more! For more information, visit withMascot.com.

So the CSG Mint+ cannot be reholdered to a Gm mint 10?

CSG Mint+ 9.5s will reholdered with the same Mint+ 9.5 grade in the new CGC Cards label. Only previously graded green label CSG Gem Mint 9.5s and blue label CGC Trading Cards Gem Mint 9.5s will be converted to Gem Mint 10s if sent in for our ReHolder service.

I was checking the grades of cards and when I looked at them some would say higher grade available. My question is what’s higher then a pristine 10?

Prior to the CGC Cards merger (CGC Trading Cards and CSG sports cards) back in July 2023, Perfect 10 was the highest grade awarded. With CGC Cards, Pristine 10 is now the highest grade awarded and Perfect 10s are no longer being issued, but all previously graded Perfect 10s for both sports cards and trading cards are still reflected within the CGC Cards Population Report.

    Greetings,

I am supposed to get a credit for card grading, yet I am being charged full price with no benefit.  I don't see why I should continue being a paid member if I can't get the promised benefit.  Can someone help, please?  I stopped my auto-renew since I don't see how the credits work.

    Thank you very much.

I'm sorry to hear that there may be an issue with your credit being applied. Can you please send me a DM with your full name, CGC customer number and submission number so that I can look into this for you?

    Hi Ryan,

Thank you for your reply, BUT I just checked. It is still NOT showing 10 Pristine.

    Please review again, and advise.

The grade has now been corrected in the CGC Registry to Pristine 10 and your score has been updated.

The grade has been corrected to reflect a Pristine 10 in our system as seen from the link I provided. Verify Card Certification | Look Up a CGC Certification Number | CGC (cgccards.com). I have sent a message to our CGC Cards Registry team to have them update your card in the registry since it did not automatically update when the grade was corrected in our system.

I have just found a second card in my inventory (#1018353042), which was graded "Pristine 10" by CSG, but only shows as "CGC Gem Mint 10" in the Registry.

Please correct the Registry listing and confirm.

Sorry for the delay. Your card's listing has now been corrected and the grade shows Pristine 10. Verify Card Certification | Look Up a CGC Certification Number | CGC (cgccards.com)

Thank you for reaching out to us. Yes, we are able to grade these cards and have graded many from the set. We are currently grading virtually all officially licensed sports cards sized 2 5/8" x 3 3/4" or smaller and up to 7.25mm thick.

Here is an example of a Babe Ruth card from the set that we have graded:

I looked at https://www.cgccards.com/card-grading/grading-scale/ for help, and it suggests nothing other than it should show as "CGC Pristine 10".

    Please advise. Thank you.

Thank you for letting us know about your card that is reflecting the incorrect grade in the CGC Cards Population Report. We will report the issue to our web team to have them look into it for you.

Will you still be converting them after Sept.30th? Just at that higher rate?

Yes, you can still send in cards previously graded Gem Mint 9.5 for reholder as Gem Mint 10 in the new CGC Cards black label. The $5 discounted ReHolder fee ended October 31, so these reholders will be at the regular $10 per card fee (for cards valued up to $10,000).

CGC's pop report has been a mess ever since the switchover to the new labels.

Many Marvel cards can't be found in it at all. It's very frustrating.

The following cert numbers are not in the pop. @CGCRyan could you check on these please?

  14. Thank you for reaching out to us. If you have a card that you feel has an error on the label, it can be returned through our Mechanical Error service to have its label and card information corrected free of charge. Please utilize our self-serve Mechanical Error feature on the Online Submission form using the link HERE to return your item for correction. Simply select Mechanical Error as your service and follow the directions to retrieve a free shipping label to have this returned to us. PLEASE NOTE: This service is only available within 14 days of your receipt of the collectible, so you would need to submit the Mechanical Error claim on the Online Submission Form within that timeframe. Valid Mechanical Error submissions will not be charged shipping, handling or insurance fees as long as the return is made within 14 days of your receipt of the collectible.

Feel free to let us know if you have any additional questions.

    Hello CGC Support,

Since the online form has become merged, I no longer see the 10% discount on grading submissions that my membership should provide.  When I attempt to use the new online form for bulk card submission, the button for bulk submissions displays $12/card and not $10.80/card.  I tried to add a card to see if it was just the button that was no longer labeled correctly but I also do not see the discount when a card is added.  Could you let me know if its an issue with my account or if it is something else so that I can put in a new order at the right price.

    Thank you in advance!

Sorry for the delay. I was told by our web team that the issue with the pricing should be resolved now. Let me know if you are seeing the correct pricing that reflects your membership discount.
